“Do it, do it straight away“

With over thirty years’ experience in the trade, DAS Signs are one of Perthshire’s leading signage companies, offering everything from corporate clothing to vehicle wrapping.  

Following the 2019 COVID pandemic, Managing Director Andy commented that DAS Signs was operating in “survival mode”, taking on every job that came their way to make ends meet. With working days running into working weekends, it was time for change. 

Andy first started working with myself and Action Coach due to a need for structure and planning within the business, that became incredibly useful at the start of the year when a number of leads converted into customers. We worked with Andy on creating a safe space to vent about those difficult days and celebrate the positive ones and teaching valuable skills to help manage the emotions that come with being a business owner.

Your Alignment 

The best place to start is at the beginning. Your Alignment is a four-hour planning session on you and your business and always results in clarity on your future direction and goals. We then take a deep dive into your one-year goals, as well as three and five year aspirations. The main thing is that we don’t just focus on the “how” and “when”, but also “why” are these things important to you and your business so we can assess what motivates you and what doesn’t. By the end of the session, you’ll be in a better position to understand what you and your business needs to do to achieve these things. 

MentorClub 

MentorClub is our group coaching sessions, where you and other business owners will sit down with me and discuss your goals, challenges and motivations currently driving your business. The group becomes your sounding board of likeminded people that have met similar challenges before or have their own take on how they would handle things. It’s an incredibly powerful tool as you are learning from each other, building your network and ultimately making lifelong friendships with people just like you. 

Growth Club – 90 Day Business Planning  

GrowthCLUB is your 90 day business planning workshop, designed to help you drive more profit into your business by working efficiently and streamlining your business processes. We will inspire and assist you to build a step-by-step, practical, relevant, tailor-made action business growth strategy to be carried out within the next 90 days. This is a high energy, goal focused workshop that allows you to take control of your business and allow strategies to set you free.
